First steps
Your checklist stays on this device.
Turin has a clear deadline and online route
The City of Turin says the declaration of residence should be made within 20 days after the move. It offers online channels that can use SPID, CIE or CNS, plus a guided route without authentication.
The deadline is for the municipal declaration; it does not replace a visa, permit or other immigration requirement.
Choose the correct status branch
The service page has different document instructions for EU citizens and people coming from outside the EU. Use the branch that matches the person’s nationality and status instead of uploading a generic file.
If a household is moving together, check whether the city requires separate details or signatures for each person.
ANPR, TARI and the verification period
Turin says the new address is updated in ANPR and that TARI information is sent to the address. The city also describes a verification period of up to 45 days.
Keep the submission proof and monitor official messages during the verification period. Do not treat silence as a final approval if the city still has an open check.
Save a complete digital file
Keep the declaration, identity files, housing evidence, receipts and any follow-up request in one folder. This makes corrections easier if the Comune asks for clarification.
If you move again, use the official change-of-residence route so ANPR and local services receive the new address.
